(A) All sewer connections shall be made by or under the supervision of a licensed plumber and in accordance with any applicable Building Code regulation of the town and the county, and the laws of the state.
(B) The sewer service line from the premises to the main shall be installed by and at the expense of the owner in accordance with all laws and regulations governing same as set forth in division (A) above.
