§ 51.025  CONNECTION OF VACANT LOT.
   In the event a vacant lot is connected to the sewer system, the monthly minimum for sewer charge will be billed to the owner after completion of the sewer system until a building is connected to the system, at which time normal sewer rates will be charged.
