§ 51.024  TAP-ON FEES.
   (A)   Every owner hereunder who shall be required to connect his premises with the town sewer system shall be required to pay a tap-on fee.
   (B)   The fee shall be determined from time to time by the Board of Commissioners and shall be kept on file in the office of the Town Clerk.
