§ 34.03 VACANCY.

A vacancy shall be filled by the Board of Commissioners for the remaining of the unexpired term. If the Chairperson’s seat becomes vacant, the Board of Commissioners may designate either the new member or an existing member of the Wingate ABC Board to complete the Chairperson’s term.
