§ 31.03 OTHER OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES.

Such other officers and employees that are deemed necessary shall be appointed by the Board of Commissioners at the first meeting in May each year. All officers and employees shall serve at the pleasure of the Board of Commissioners and receive such compensation as from time to time may be prescribed by the Board of Commissioners.
