In any case where a provision of this chapter is found to be in conflict with a provision of any zoning, structure, fire, safety or health provisions of this code, other ordinances and regulations of the town, the provisions which establish the higher standard or more stringent requirement for the promotion and protection of public health and safety shall prevail.
