§ 30.20 MINUTES.

Full and accurate minutes of Board of Commissioners proceedings shall be kept, and shall be open to the inspection of the public. The results of each vote shall be recorded in the minutes, and upon the request of any member of the Board of Commissioners, the ayes and noes upon any question shall be taken.
