§ 114.06  NO PERSON TO HOLD MORE THAN ONE CERTIFICATE.
   The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to issue only one such certificate to any one person, and the person holding such certificate shall be required to operate the taxicab himself or herself and shall have no power or authority by virtue of his or her certificate to delegate the operation of such taxicab to any other person, except that if such other person is an employee of such certificate holder, which employee is licensed to operate a taxicab under the law of the state, then such employee is authorized to operate said taxicab within the town limits providing that all other sections of this chapter are complied with, including regulations relating to identification of the employee as driver with his or her photograph being attached to the vehicle as herein stated. Such employee must in fact be an employee of the certificate holder, and not an assignee or otherwise, or contractor for hire.
