(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of §§ 96.01 through 96.03 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, may be punished by a fine not to exceed $50 or imprisoned not to exceed 30 days. Each day such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
