§ 72.36  VEHICLES NOT TO OBSTRUCT PASSING OF OTHER VEHICLES.
No vehicle shall stand, be placed or left parked at anytime, during daylight hours or night hours or overnight, on any town street or street right-of-way. Vehicle shall include automobiles, pickup trucks, tractor-trailer trucks, tractor or trailer and any other motor vehicle. This provision shall not apply where such vehicle is parked in a designated parking space indicated by pavement markings and/or signage not restricting hours of parking, except that tractor-trailer trucks or tractor or trailer alone, shall not be included in this exception.
