§ 71.35  TRUCKS PROHIBITED ON CERTAIN STREETS.
   (A)   The Board of Commissioners may designate streets or portions of streets where truck traffic is prohibited and shall erect “no trucks allowed” signs on such streets or portions thereof.
   (B)   Such streets or portions thereof are designated in Chapter 74, Schedule II, which is also on file in the office of the Town Clerk, which is hereby made a part of this chapter.
   (C)   A TRUCK is defined as a truck vehicle having three or more axles; also, a TRUCK is defined as a tractor-trailer truck vehicle.
   (D)   Any truck may operate on the prohibited streets designated in Chapter 74, Schedule II if it is performing services for any property or properties adjacent to the designated streets.
   (E)   Trucks owned, operated or performing under the direction of the town shall also be exempt from regulation.
