§ 71.03 SPEED LIMIT.

A vehicle may be operated on any street of the town, designated elsewhere in this chapter as a business section, at a rate of speed not exceeding 20 mph; provided, however, that at no time shall the speed be greater than is reasonable and prudent under the conditions then existing.
