§ 71.055 INSTALLATION AUTHORITY.
   The County Police, the County Highway Department, and any designated person, pursuant to the order of the Town Council, shall cause to be placed and maintained traffic-control signs, signals, and devices when and as required under this title and the traffic ordinances of this town to make effective the provisions of those ordinances.
