§ 51.19 CLEAN-UP EVENTS; RESTRICTIONS.
   (A)   From time to time, the town intends to conduct seasonal (spring and fall) clean-up events for town residents. For a period of time not to exceed one week, the town will place at least one large dumpster at a secure location in the town. Residents of the town may use this dumpster to dispose of non-recyclable household refuse that otherwise would require stickers for collection.
   (B)   This dumpster is not intended to be used to dispose of large items which are acceptable in the resident’s ordinary weekly collection program, nor is this program intended for any other material which is not to be included in the town’s residential refuse collection contract.
   (C)   Individuals using the dumpster will need to present a valid identification card showing a town residential address.
