§ 157.082 TOWER AND ANTENNA DESIGN REQUIREMENTS.
   Proposed or modified communications towers and antennae shall meet the following design requirements:
   (A)   Communications towers and antennae shall be designed to blend into the natural surrounding environment through the use of color and camouflaging architectural treatment, except in instances where the color dictated by federal and state authorities, such as the FAA.
   (B)   Communications towers for commercial wireless communications service shall be of a monopole design, unless the Board of Zoning Appeals determines that an alternative design would better blend in with the surrounding environment. Maximum height of an communications facility shall be 165 feet.
