Six spaces per 1,000 sq. ft. of showroom gross floor area, plus one space per employee, plus one space per service bay. These spaces shall be used exclusively for employees and customers and shall not be used for sales or service

One and one-half spaces per fuel nozzle, plus one space per 50 sq. ft. of useable floor area in the cashier’s office and sales area
