§ 50.08 POWERS AND DUTIES.
   Upon the appointment by the Town Council, the members of the Water Works Board shall function as the Board of Directors of the Department of Water Works and shall have and possess all of the rights, powers, duties, and liabilities that are set forth or prescribed.
