§ 50.04 BOARD ORGANIZATION.
   (A)   Pursuant to I.C. 8-1.5-4-2, the Department of Water Works shall be under the exclusive control and direction of the Water Works Board, which shall not be required to consist of any particular five members of which no more than three may be of the same political party.
   (B)   The Town Council shall appoint the members of the Water Works Board, who shall serve at the pleasure of the Town Council. The Town Council may remove a Board member at any time, when, in their judgment, it is in the best interests of the Department.
