Pursuant to an act of the General Assembly of the state, the town adopts and incorporates into this code by reference the provisions of I.C. 8-1.5-4 et seq., as if they were set forth in full herein. Further, the Town Council hereby adopts and incorporates by reference the provisions of I.C. 8-1.5-3-4 and I.C. 8-1.5-4-4.
