(A) This district is established for those areas in the town where the principal use of the land is for smaller sized dwelling units on smaller sized lots. This district allows duplex and triplex residential buildings. All development will be on a central sewage system in this district.
(B) It is the intent of this district to prohibit business, commercial, or industrial use of the land, and to prohibit any other use which would substantially interfere with development or continuation of residential dwellings in this district.
