This district is established for areas in the town where the principal use of the land is for large, single-family dwellings on medium to large sized lots. It is the intent of this district to prohibit business, commercial, or industrial use of the land, and to prohibit any other use which would substantially interfere with development or continuation of single-family dwellings in this district.
