(A) Under I.C. 33-36-3-1, the town must establish a schedule whereby the violations subject to penalties and the specific amount of each penalty are set forth for any violators who wish to admit to a violation.
(B) The schedule of ordinance violations subject to the jurisdiction of the Ordinance Violations Bureau will be set forth by the town as is necessary and in the discretion of the Town Council.
(C) The schedule of ordinance violations and fines is hereby adopted by reference and incorporated into this code as if set forth in full herein.
