§ 155.090 MINIMUM STANDARDS.
   All technical and design standards contained in this chapter shall be considered the minimum standards for development in the town. The Standard Construction Details set forth in Appendix C are adopted and incorporated herein as the Standard Construction Detail requirements for the construction set forth in said Appendix C. All references to INDOT-SS shall mean Indiana Department of Transportation Standard Specifications and Supplementary Conditions, latest edition.
