(A) The town hereby adopts a rostered volunteer list.
(B) The enforcement of this section can be by any town official or his or her agent.
(C) (1) For the purpose of this section and I.C. 22-3-2-2.1, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
ROSTERED VOLUNTEER. A volunteer whose name has been entered on a roster of volunteers for a volunteer program operated by the town, and who has been approved by the town.
(2) All other provisions of this code section are incorporated here by reference.
(D) The town reserves the right to add, modify, or make changes to the rostered volunteer list as is necessary to carry out the duties and objectives of the town.
