§ 31.33 MAINTENANCE PERSON ESTABLISHED.
   (A)   The town hereby adopts the employment position of maintenance person.
   (B)   The enforcement of this section can be by any town official or his or her agent.
   (C)   Under I.C. 36-1-4-14, the town may hire and discharge employees and establish a system of employment for any class of employees based on merit and qualification.
