§ 155.025 CLASSIFICATION OF LAND DIVISIONS.
   (A)   All land to be subdivided shall be categorized into one of two main classes of land division indicated within this chapter’s definition of subdivision. The classes are:
      (1)   Major subdivision; and
      (2)   Minor subdivision.
