§ 31.32 SECRETARY FOR TOWN PLANNER AND BUILDING ADMINISTRATOR.
   The position of part-time secretary for the Town Planner and Building Administrator is approved. This position is considered to be that of a town employee. Employee selection, hours of employment, and duties will be determined by the Town Council President, based on the recommendations from the Town Planner and Building Administrator.
