§ 31.31 DEPUTY CLERK-TREASURER ESTABLISHED.
   (A)   The position of part-time Deputy Clerk-Treasurer for the town is approved, under the supervision of the Town Clerk-Treasurer. This position is considered to be that of a town employee. Hours of employment and duties will be determined by the Clerk-Treasurer.
   (B)   The Clerk-Treasurer is authorized to seek any additional bonding as may be required or needed as a result of the creation of this position.
