§ 155.005 JURISDICTION.
   (A)   This subdivision chapter shall apply to all subdivisions of land, as defined herein, located within the legal boundaries of the town.
   (B)   No land shall be subdivided within the legal boundaries until the subdivider or his or her subdivision agent shall have fulfilled the procedures and requirements of this chapter.
