A site development permit will be issued by the appropriate agent of the town after the owner of the property or the authorized agent submits to the town a permit form furnished for that purpose and containing the following information: name(s) and address(es) of the owner or developer of the site and of any consulting firm retained by the applicant, together with the name of the applicant’s principal contact at that firm; the documentation showing the final and existing grade elevations; the name of the land surveyor registered in this state responsible for the documentation as to the elevations, before and after the project, which must be sealed by the surveyor on both documents; and a filing fee of $150.
