§ 154.27 DEVELOPMENT OF FIVE OR MORE ACRES; I.A.C. RULE 5 CONTROLS.
   Under certain circumstances, a development may involve land of five acres or more. In such a situation, Rule 5 of the I.A.C., codified at 327 I.A.C. 15-5, which involves stormwater runoff associated with construction activity, will control the development as supplemented by this chapter.
