§ 154.21 VEGETATION AND WATERCOURSES; MINIMAL DISTURBANCE.
   Natural vegetation should be retained and protected wherever possible, and areas immediately adjacent to natural watercourses, lakes, ponds, and wetlands should be left undisturbed whenever possible.
