§ 152.04 ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY; HEARING AUTHORITY.
   (A)   The enforcement authority is the Building Administrator and shall administrate this chapter.
   (B)   (1)   The hearing authority shall consist of one member of the town’s Plan Commission or Board of Zoning Appeals, one member of the Town Council, and a citizen member.
      (2)   The hearing authority’s appointments are for staggered two-year terms, with the citizen and Plan Commission or Board of Zoning Appeals appointment being one year for the first appointment and the Town Council member being a two-year appointment.
