§ 151.68 INSPECTION; CORRECTION.
   Under 312 I.A.C. 13-11-1, a conservation officer or another representative of the department may observe the installation of a water well or pump and may inspect equipment used to drill a well, and any work that does not comply with this article or I.C. 25-39 must be promptly corrected by the water well driller.
