§ 151.65 STATE REGULATIONS ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.

   The town hereby adopts the regulations regarding water well drillers and water well drilling and regulations of the state, as established by the state General Assembly as I.C. 25-39-1.5-1 et seq., 312 I.A.C. 12-1-1 et seq., and, 312 I.A.C. 13-1-2 et seq., which are hereby adopted and incorporated by reference into this code as if fully set forth herein.
