§ 151.01 STATE BUILDING AND FIRE SAFETY CODES ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.
   (A)   All rules, regulations, and codes of the Office of State Building Commissioner, as well as any late amendments and additions thereto, as published in the I.A.C., will govern the construction and alteration of all buildings and structures within the corporate limits of the town, including, but not limited to, the following:
      (1)   General Administrative Rules, effective 08-16-87;
      (2)   State Building Code (1991 Uniform Building Code with state amendments), effective 01-03-93;
      (3)   State Building Code, Chapter 31: Accessibility/Fair Housing Rule (1992 ANSI A 117.1 Standard with state amendments), effective 04-12-95;
      (4)   State Electrical Code (1993 National Electrical Code with state amendments), effective 04-08-94;
      (5)   State Fire Prevention Code (1988 Uniform Fire Code with state amendments), effective 12-15-90;
      (6)   State Mechanical Code (1991 Uniform Mechanical Code with state amendments), effective 11-01-92;
      (7)   State Plumbing Code (1990 BOCA National Plumbing Code with state amendments), effective 01-02-91;
      (8)   State Swimming Pool Code, effective 09-13-89;
      (9)   State Energy Conservation Code (1992 CABO Model Energy Code with state amendments), effective 12-31-92; and
      (10)   State One- and Two-Family Dwelling Code (1989 CABO One- and Two-Family Dwelling Code with state amendments), effective 11-01-90.
   (B)   Copies of the above rules, regulations, and codes will be kept on file at the Town Office for public inspection during the town’s usual business hours.
