(A) A violations inspection fee shall be paid prior to any permit application being accepted under this section.
(B) Permit fees shall be double those listed above in the applicable section for any building, structure, fence, or sign under construction or completed prior to issuance of a valid permit.
(C) Fees for any required inspection not completed due to lack of a valid permit will be double those listed above in the appropriate section. At the inspector’s discretion, certain work may need to be removed or altered to make the necessary inspection.
(D) Foundation-only permits will not be considered for any work started or completed without a valid permit.
(E) Fees paid for permits under this section do not prevent the town from assessing other fines or penalties as may be applicable under other ordinances or provisions of this code of ordinances.
