§ 150.05 CONFLICT OF INTEREST.
   (A)   A member of the Advisory Plan Commission may not participate in a hearing or decision of that Commission concerning a matter deemed to be a conflict of interest under the Rules of the Commission.
   (B)   The Commission shall enter in its records the fact of any disqualification of this type.
