§ 150.02 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   BOARD. The town’s Board of Zoning Appeals.
   COMMISSION. The Advisory Plan Commission of the town.
   COMPREHENSIVE PLAN. The comprehensive long-range guide as adopted by the town.
   COUNCIL. The Town Council.
   TOWN. The Town of Winfield, Indiana.
