§ 111.20 BOND REQUIRED.
   Any applicant, regardless of business status, shall file with the Clerk-Treasurer an indemnity bond having been recorded in the County Recorder’s office first, payable solely to the town for any person or property damaged, in the penal sum of $5,000. This bond is conditioned on the fact that the applicant shall not violate any of the terms or conditions of the town’s or county’s ordinances, rules, and regulations, including but not limited to the building codes. The applicant or holder shall maintain the bond as the applicant or holder continues to have a license from the town.
