(A) Position established. The job/employment position of Building Inspector II of the Town of Winfield is hereby established.
(B) Duties. The job duties and responsibilities for the position of Building Inspector II, and related matters, are set forth and described in the attachment to Ord. 329. A copy of Ord. 329 is available for public inspection during normal business hours in the office of the Town Clerk-Treasurer.
(C) Supervision. The Building Inspector II shall serve at the pleasure of the Town Council under the oversight and management of the Town Administrator.
(D) Compensation. The Town Council shall fix the compensation of the Building Inspector II by salary ordinance of the town, as amended hereafter from time to time.
