Pursuant to the provisions of I.C. 36-7-14.5-7 (“the Act”), the Town Redevelopment Authority is hereby established as a separate body corporate and politic, and as an instrumentality of the town, for the purposes and to exercise the powers set forth in the Act or otherwise granted by applicable law. The Redevelopment Authority shall be governed by a Board of Directors consisting of three members, each of whom shall be appointed by the President of the Town Council, acting as the Executive of the Town, all as provided by applicable law.
