(A) The complete streets program and policy, a copy of which is attached to Ord. 296 as Exhibit A, is hereby established and adopted by reference by the town as if fully set forth herein. A copy of the program and policy is available for public inspection during normal business hours in the office of the Town Clerk. The program and policy established hereby, and as the same may be amended hereafter from time to time, is declared to be the policy and program for the town on the matters set forth therein.
(B) The town administrative staff and professional consultants are hereby directed to utilize the complete streets program and policy for planning and implementation of public streets, sidewalks and public ways in the town hereafter. Further, the administrative staff and professional consultants are directed to disseminate and distribute the program and policy established herein, to all individuals or entities seeking to improve and develop real property within the municipal corporate boundaries of the town.
