§ 31.36 PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR.
   (A)   Position established. The job/employment position of Public Works Director of the Town of Winfield is hereby established.
   (B)   Duties. The Public Works Director’s job duties and other related matters are described in the attachment to Ord. 294. A copy of Ord. 294 is available for public inspection during normal business hours in the office of the Town Clerk.
   (C)   Supervision. The Public Works Director shall serve at the pleasure of the Town Administrator and the Town Council.
   (D)   Compensation. The Town Council shall fix the compensation of the Public Works Director by salary ordinance of the town, as amended hereafter from time to time.
