§ 111.03 VIOLATIONS.
   (A)   All contractors and affected parties subject to this chapter shall abide by the provisions herein as well as all applicable codes, ordinances, and laws of the town, county, and the state, or any rules or regulations promulgated hereto. Contractors are subject to fines by the town for violations of this chapter. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.
   (B)   The following are considered violations of this chapter:
      (1)   Failure of a contractor to obtain a valid registration when required;
      (2)   Conducting business in the town without a valid, active status registration;
      (3)   Failure of a contractor to notify the town when information provided on the registration application has changed or is no longer valid; for example, change of business name, address, contact names, and the like;
      (4)   Any business entity or contractor providing false information on a registration application;
      (5)   Contractors or business entities performing work activities or a profession not listed on a current, valid registration application; and
      (6)   Any individual or business entity who qualifies for, or requests, an exemption or exclusion from this chapter under false pretenses.
