(A) Grass/lawn areas. On all multi-family residential development properties, grass/lawn areas must be planted with sod. If the planting season has passed, the property owner shall place on file with the town a landscape surety deposit, per the recommendation of the Town Engineer. Lawn areas must be maintained in a healthy condition.
(B) Single-family residential. Final seed and/or sod must be complete prior to issuance of a certificate of occupancy. If the planting season has passed, the property owner shall place on file with the town a landscape surety deposit, per the recommendation of the Town Engineer. Lawn areas must be maintained in a healthy condition.
