(A) Any person who violates this chapter shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine not exceeding $2,500. A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during which a violation occurs or continues.
(B) Any person found to have violated any provision of this chapter shall be required to pay the town’s attorney’s fees, court costs, and any miscellaneous costs and expenses incurred by the town or its officials incurred to enforce this chapter and for collection of the fines and penalties established hereby for violation of this chapter, as amended, specified herein.
