§ 94.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any violations of this chapter shall result in the following penalties:
      (1)   First offense: $250 fine;
      (2)   Second offense: $750 fine; and
      (3)   Third offense and subsequent offenses: $7,500 fine.
   (B)   Any second and subsequent offenses shall be determined based upon a calendar year.
