Each outdoor event/special event permit issued under this chapter, shall contain any and all information that the town deems necessary and appropriate, with such permit and application for same, being on the form provided by the town, as modified and amended from time to time. If at any time the contents of a permit or application shall be in conflict with the terms of this chapter, the terms of this chapter shall supersede the inconsistent terms and provisions, as the same may be contained in the permit and/or application.
