§ 93.02 PERMIT REQUIRED/PERMIT FEE.
   No person, as defined by this Town Code, shall operate, maintain, or permit the operation or maintenance of any outdoor event/special event, unless and until such applicant has been issued a outdoor event/special event permit, as hereinafter provided. The permit to be used shall be in a form prescribed by the town, and shall be made available to the public by the town, available through the town administrative offices. Each and every application, except applications for outdoor event(s)/special event(s) of not-for-profit associations or organizations, shall be accompanied by a processing fee of $25 to cover the cost(s) of administrative processing fees. Approval of the permit shall be expressly subject to the terms and conditions listed within the permit. The permit shall be filed no less than 60 days prior to the occurrence of the outdoor event/special event. Scheduling and calendaring shall be within the sole discretion of the town, so as to ensure proper public safety, security and oversight for the outdoor event/special event. A cleaning deposit in the amount of $100 shall be required to be submitted along with the permit application. Any person sponsoring or operating the outdoor event/special event, as identified on the permit application, shall be liable to the town for any cleaning costs incurred by the town which are in excess of the cleaning deposit amount identified herein above.
